Introducing the Revell Plastic Model Kit of Patrol Torpedo Boat PT-109. This is a model construction kit of what's probably the most famous Motor Torpedo Boat of the Pacific War. PT-109, part of Motor Torpedo Boat Squadron 2 in the South Pacific, was commanded by Lieutenant Junior Grade (LTJG) John F. Kennedy. Kennedy, after the war, became President of the United States.
Kit features two paint schemes with decals for each: PT-109, Motor Torpedo Boat Squadron 2, South Pacific, 2 August 1943, commanded by Lieutenant Junior Grade (LTJG) John F. Kennedy and PT-109, Motor Torpedo Boat Squadron 2, Tulagi Island, Solomon Islands, South Pacific, August 1942-February 1943.
