Welcome to our new website!
We hope the new site is familiar enough that you feel at home and can appreciate some of the new technology and functionality to process orders more easily with additional online payment options.
You can now see which stores have inventory for each product and can chose any store to pick up from which will notify us to transfer stock to your preferred location (we will notify when the product arrives).
If you still have an open order from the old website, we will contact you to give you an update on when your order is being fulfilled and shipped. You can also email or call the Kitchener store for updates.
We will be adding additional search and order functionality over the next few months, but we know some of you were having trouble processing payments with the old website and we wanted to get that fixed as quickly as possible.
As always, we want to let you know how much we appreciate you for visiting us online and instore. We appreciate your patience and continued loyalty as we work through and technology hiccups that may arise.
