Product refunds and exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase as long as the package is unopened and you have the receipt.  If you find that the item you purchased from Hobby and Toy Central is defective, we are happy to exchange or fix the product, hassle free.

IN-STORE PURCHASES – Return your purchase to any of our stores within 30 days of purchase, in its original packaging accompanied by the original receipt.  All refunds will be applied to the same method of payment (cash, gift card, debit or credit) which was used to purchase the item. Please have the debit or credit card with you at the time of return.

ONLINE PURCHASES – Please call your local store or email us to let us know what you need to return and we’ll provide you with instructions based on your location. Items must be shipped back to our Kitchener location in their original packaging along with a copy of the original receipt.  All returns will be refunded the purchase price of the item, minus the original shipping cost.
